Israeli Ambassador gifts library to ethnic people in Ha Giang
(VOVWORLD) - Israeli Ambassador to Vietnam Nadav Eshcar and Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 H’Hen Nie opened a library on Tuesday at ethnic minority elementary school in Minh Son commune, Bac Me district, Ha Giang province.

The “Room to Read” library is part of a 3-year project to improve access to books and build reading habits for primary school students in remote and isolated areas of Ha Giang province.
The project was implemented in two semi-boarding elementary schools in Minh Son commune, Bac Me district and in Niem Tong commune, Meo Vac district, under which two library rooms have been upgraded at a total cost of 14,600 USD and had nearly 10,000 books and other materials.
