He appreciated the bilateral political trust and development of the Vietnam-Japan extensive strategic partnership across many fields. Japan is Vietnam’s top ODA provider, 2^nd direct investor, and 4^th biggest trade partner. Mr. Dung pledged to improve the legal framework and policies to generate a stable investment and trade environment for foreign investors, including those from Japan.
