(VOVWORLD) - Acting President of the Senate of Cambodia H.E. Sim Ka on Friday sent a congratulatory letter to Politburo member Vuong Dinh Hue, who was elected National Assembly Chairman of Vietnam on Wednesday.

In the letter, the Cambodian leader affirmed his willingness to work closely with National Assembly Chairman Hue and the National Assembly of Vietnam for progress and prosperity between the two countries and peoples.
He pledged to continue to nurture good relationship between the legislatures of Cambodia and Vietnam as well as cooperation and support for each other in region and the wider world.
