The new government of Libya consists of 13 members: 3 Deputy Prime Ministers and 10 Ministers. The Libyan National Oil Corporation and the Chief of Staff, not the cabinet ministers, will take charge of oil and defense. Al-Thinni submitted a 16-member cabinet to the Libyan Parliament twice, but was turned down because the cabinet was too large for such a crisis period.
