(VOVworld) – A training course for reporters and editors on disseminating constitutional implementation opened in Phu Tho province on Wednesday.

Trainees were introduced to the new contents of the constitution so that they would be able to inform the people at home and abroad. Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Bac Son said disseminating the practical implementation of the constitution is a task of all media organizations: “The media should explain the matter of constitutional implementation effectively. I urge all media agencies to work out their own plans to clarify the new contents of the constitution.”
