(VOVworld) – People affected by the Greater Mekong Sub-Region Corridor Towns Development Project in Quang Tri and Tay Ninh province will receive resettlement support through loans provided by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), according to a compensation policy framework recently approved by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung. The project expands urban roads, builds waste treatment and recycling plants, reinforces dykes and river ports, improves water supply systems, and enhances the urban management capacity of beneficiary towns. The project will be carried out between 2013 and 2018.
