National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and Chairman of State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin

During talks with Chairman of State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Chairwoman Ngan said Vietnam always treasures the comprehensive strategic partnership with Russia, which is a top priority of Vietnam’s foreign policy. She added the Vietnamese National Assembly is ready to work with the government to promptly remove obstacles in bilateral ties and contribute to deepening relations between Vietnam and Russia.

Chairwoman Ngan said she expects that Tatarstan and Kazan city create favorable conditions for Vietnamese community to bridge the cooperative ties between Vietnam and Russia and between Tatarstan and Vietnamese localities.
