The Committee gave opinions on the Civil Defense Law projects, Law on Protection of Consumer Rights (amended), and Law on Electronic Transactions (amended).

It also commented on the review report of the 2nd and 3rd Extraordinary Meetings of the 15th National Assembly and approve the Prime Minister's proposal on the appointment and dismissal of the Ambassador of Vietnam.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue suggested that the NA's agencies urgently complete law projects to prepare for the full-time NA Deputies meeting as well as finalize draft resolutions for early signing and promulgation.
