(VOVworld) - A project to improve the quality and efficiency of the National Assembly was high on the agenda of the National Assembly Standing Committee’s session on Friday. The participants agreed on new contents in the project. According to the project, National Assembly deputies in 63 cities and provinces will give feedback for draft laws and the dicussions will be broadcast live on TV while major law projects will be discussed in groups. National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung said that by doing so, the meeting time will be shortened with efficiency being ensured. The National Assembly will hold votes of confidence of the President, Prime Minister, National Assembly Chairman and other leaders. In order to improve the efficiency of the National Assembly’s operation, the Ministers of Health and Home Affairs will be questioned about issues of voters' concern.
