Needy children given scholarships in celebration of Nelson Mandela Day
(VOVWORLD) - The Consulate General of South Africa in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday presented gifts and scholarships to orphans, children with disabilities, and children from difficult backgrounds to commemorate Nelson Mandela International Day (July 18).

Beneficiaries were children from Nguyen Dinh Chieu Special School and the Social Protection Centre for Handicapped Children. The event paid tribute to the late President of South Africa who dedicated 67 years to fighting for peace and justice.
