(VOVworld) – US President Barack Obama proposed a budget on Tuesday for the 2015 fiscal year.

The budget includes expenditures of 3.9 trillion USD, including 495.6 billion USD for national defense, starting this October. The budget reflects Obama’s aim of creating more jobs for the middle-class and narrowing the huge income gap between the rich and the poor.
