OSCE inspectors reported that the Ukrainian Volunteer Defense Forces carried out attacks across the demarcation line in Donetsk’s outlying Jabunki district and both sides used heavy weapons. Ertugrul Apakan, head of the OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine, urged all parties to show restraint and abide by the Minsk agreement.
