Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs’ Council, said: "The ceremony, which was held just before the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week in Da Nang, is of great significance. It encourages Vietnam’s female entrepreneurs to further improve their skills and competence to contribute to national development and international integration. 100 enterprises awarded today have set bright examples for other young entrepreneurs to follow."

The title “Outstanding female entrepreneur” was awarded every 3 years.
