(VOVworld) –Vietnam’s Trade Union held a conference in Hanoi on Tuesday to honor 170 outstanding trade union members and female workers over the last 5 years. In his address, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Tran Thanh Hai urged trade unions at all levels to continue to launch emulation movements: “In the current phase of development intellect is more important than experience, requiring trade unions to create opportunities for laborers to improve their know-how. Trade union members should honor outstanding role model workers to motivate others.”
