The Vu Lan ceremony is held on the 15
th day of the seventh lunar month to pay a debt of gratitude to parents. This year’s event took place at Quang Phuoc pagoda, the biggest Vietnamese pagoda in Bangkok. 400 Buddhist monks, nuns, and followers, and Vietnamese living in Thailand attended the festival.
