The agreement is part of a reconciliation roadmap between the two Palestinian factions and will allow 3 thousand PA soldiers to return to Gaza after 7 years under Hamas’s control. However, the agreement’s implementation, including negotiations with Israel to transfer Palestinian troops from the West Bank to Gaza, has not yet been discussed.
