Speaker of the House of Regional Representatives of Indonesia Sultan Bachtiar Najamudin and his wife Rose Rudy were present at the concert.

At the event, Indonesian Culture Minister Fadi Zon said the concert symbolizes the beauty of the two countries' culture and music, reflects the aspirations of the two peoples to look to the future and inspires the next generation to continue uplifting the spirit of cooperation and friendship between Vietnam and Indonesia over the past 70 years.

The Hanoi Philharmonic Orchestra of the Vietnam National Academy of Music played classic music pieces from around the world, blending with the distinctive sounds of traditional Vietnamese instruments, folk melodies and popular songs of the two countries.

The same day, Party General Secretary To Lam visited the Vietnamese Embassy and met with the staff of representative agencies and the Vietnamese community in Indonesia. He said, “During the talks and working sessions with Indonesian leaders, I will ask Indonesia to continue to facilitate the Vietnamese community to live, study and work. In addition, as both sides have ample potential for development, we will also discuss creating conditions for businesses on both sides to strengthen their cooperation.”
