Party chief makes fact-finding tour of Hoa Binh province
(VOVWORLD) -Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has urged Hoa Binh province to make full use of its important position in the northwestern region and local natural resources so as to improve people’s living conditions and education.

During a visit on Monday, the Party leader asked local authorities to pay greater attention to poverty reduction and the building of new-style rural areas. Mr. Trong visited people in Phong Phu commune and an orange farm in Cao Phong district. Cao Phong orange is famous across Vietnam and generates high incomes for local farmers.
