Party leader and President presents Party badge to high-ranking State officials
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong has presented a badge to Tran Duc Luong, former Politburo member and former President, for his 60-year Party membership and to Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh, Party Central Committee member and Vice President, for her 40-year Party membership. The conferment ceremony was held in the Presidential Palace in Hanoi on Wednesday.
