(VOVworld)- On Monday, Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong received in Hanoi the new Russian Ambassador to Vietnam Vnukov Konstantin Vasilievich. The Party leader said that Vietnam always treasured the traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia considering it to be a top priority in Vietnam’s foreign relations. Trong expressed his hope that the Ambassador would fulfill his tasks and contribute to furthering bilateral ties. He conveyed his best wishes to President Vladimir Putin and other Russian leaders.
