Speaking at the meeting in Hanoi on Friday, Mr. Trong underlined the two most important agenda of a national party congress: deciding political tasks of the Party and electing leading agencies of the Party. The top leader called for thorough preparations for both agenda, particularly personnel issue, which he said is of great importance and a decisive factor for the Congress’s success and for implementation of the Congress’ resolutions. Mr. Trong urged the subcommittee members to dedicate time, efforts, and passion for fulfilling this task and strictly abide by the Party regulations and working principles and rules.
