He asked the authority to focus on reforming economic structure and growth model, improving productivity and quality, and increasing competitiveness towards modernization and industrialization. The province should renew agricultural production by applying scientific knowledge and technology, reform administrative procedures, and improve the business environment.
Mr. Trong said: “Tuyen Quang should improve traffic connection with adjacent provinces to create conditions for economic and trade development. The province should well implement its urban planning, diversify investment resources, and upgrade infrastructure of districts and communes.”
Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong asked Tuyen Quang provincial Party Committee to guarantee grassroots democracy and people’s right to mastery.
Member of the Politburo and permanent member of the Party Committee’s Secretariat, Le Hong Anh, attended a congress of Thua Thien-Hue provincial Party Committee on Friday. He asked the province to concentrate resources on socio-economic development while preserving its unique cultural identities.
