This was one of 3 main agreements to rebuild trust after the clash. Both sides will hold a security conference within the next 2 months that will focus on crimes, terrorism, and stronger cooperation between the government and the MILF. They agreed to extend the mandate of the International Monitoring Team for another year from this March and that of the joint action team against crimes and terrorism.
