He told 900 delegates at the 2022 Da Nang Investment Forum that Vietnam and Da Nang city in particular prioritize investment in IT, digital transformation infrastructure, climate change response, green energy transformation, among others.
“We are looking for more investment from businesses and hope that you’ll join hands with us in completing Vietnam’s socialist-oriented market economy. We also hope that you’ll work with us to build an independent and self-reliant economy with extensive international integration and to build a powerful and prosperous Vietnam with wealthy and happy people,” said PM Chinh.
Participants discussed measures to make Da Nang one of the most developed cities in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
At the forum, Da Nang authorities handed over investment certificates and cooperation agreements to 27 projects, both domestic and foreign, with a combined capital of 5.6 billion USD.
