PM chairs meeting of Sub-committee on Socio-Economic Affairs with northern provinces
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Wednesday chaired a working session of the 13th National Party Congress’s Sub-committee on Socio-Economic Affairs in Yen Bai City.

Addressing the meeting attended by key leaders of northern provinces, Mr. Phuc, who is Head of the Sub-committee, underscored the need to listen to localities to reflect in documents, which will be submitted to the upcoming National Party Congress.
According to the Prime Minister, the real situation of localities will be important foundations for the sub-committee to work out socio-economic development directions in the next 5 years and the 10-year socio-economic development strategy until 2030.
Earlier Prime Minister Phuc paid tribute to war martyrs at Yen Bai’s Central Martyrs’ Cemetery and to patriot Nguyen Thai Hoc and his soldiers, who died in Yen Bai uprising in 1930.
