Speaking at a meeting with local authorities, the Prime Minister praised the local administration, businesses, and people for their socio-economic achievements this year. He asked the province to further mobilize resources to upgrade its infrastructure, develop trade and services, improve the capacity of its human resources, and bring traditional cultural values into play.
The same day, the Prime Minister attended a ceremony on the approval of some investment projects in Hung Yen with total capital of 6 billion USD. The Prime Minister said the investment commitment of nearly 18 million USD with 6 billion USD approved on Thursday proved the improvement of competitiveness and the investment environment of Hung Yen province and Vietnam in general.
The Prime Minister said: "Hung Yen authorities need to create the best conditions for investors to implement their projects, streamline administrative procedures, quickly clear the land to hand over it to investors, and facilitate the development of infrastructure and links between Hanoi and two highways in the East and the south. These are the important prerequisites to ensure safety for investments and to create human resources."
