(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh arrived in Hanoi Sunday, concluding a working trip to attend the World Climate Action Summit of the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), conduct bilateral activities in the UAE, and pay an official visit to Turkey.

During his five-day stay in the UAE and Turkey, Prime Minister Chinh delivered speeches at conferences and events under COP28.
He had bilateral meetings and working sessions with leaders of countries, international organizations, and global enterprises. Mr. Chinh met with leaders of the UAE and Turkey, and attended bilateral conferences and forums.
His trip affirmed Vietnam's commitment to join hands with the international community in solving global problems, particularly climate change.
It also ushered in a new period of cooperation and development with Middle Eastern countries, especially in trade and investment.
