British police on Tuesday confirmed Libyan immigrant Salman Ramadan Abedi, 22, as the perpetrator of the Manchester suicide bombing on Monday which killed 22 people and injured 59. Police searched the houses of Salman and his brother Ismael Abedi in south Manchester and arrested a 23-year-old man in the neighborhood.
Prime Minister Theresa May raised the terrorism threat level from “serious” to “critical”, the highest level.
