“If having voters’ trust, I pledge to try my best to serve the country and the people, first as a representative of the people in listening to their opinions and aspiration to reflect timely to the National Assembly and the Party as well as authorities to address their legitimate concerns. I will actively contribute to the improved performance of the Ho Chi Minh City’s delegation of National Assembly deputies as it has the largest number of deputies and hold a significant role in law making,” Mr. Phuc told voters.

During his visit to the Division 4 in Ho Chi Minh City as Chairman of the National Defense and Security Council, the President pledged to mobilize resources in the building of the revolutionary army towards modernization for national defense.
