(VOVworld) – President Tran Dai Quang asked Lang Son province to continue reforming administrative procedures and improving its investment environment to improve the performance of administrative agencies and the quality of state employees to meet the needs of national industrialization, modernization, and global integration.

At a ceremony to mark Lang Son’s 185^th anniversary on November 4, Mr. Quang asked provincial authorities to promote small and medium-sized industrial facilities, adjust mechanisms and policies to attract high-tech projects, and develop agriculture together with material zones.
He called on Lang Son to mobilize all its social resources for socio-economic infrastructure development to become a service hub for the northeast region.
The President asked Lang Son provincial authorities to ensure social security, improve the people’s material and cultural life, and implement Vietnam’s education development strategy until 2020.
