President Tran Dai Quang receives South African ambassador
(VOVWORLD) - President Tran Dai Quang has reiterated Vietnam’s respect for traditional ties and cooperation with South Africa.

At a meeting on Thursday with outgoing South African Ambassador Kgomotso Ruth Magau, President Quang said South Africa is Vietnam’s top trade partner in the African continent. He urged the two countries to boost bilateral cooperation in trade, mining, education, and the environment. Quan said the two countries will celebrate the 25th anniversary of bilateral ties next year and that they should organize practical activities to lift their relationship to new heights.
