President Truong Tan Sang made the remark during meetings with leaders at the APEC Summit, including US President Barack Obama, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Indonesian President Joko Widodo, and Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott. On Monday President Sang and other world leaders attended a banquet and art performance hosted by Chinese President Xi Jin-ping and his spouse in Beijing.
