(VOVworld) – Vietnam always treasures its relations with Israel, one of Vietnam’s important partners in the Middle East, said President Tran Dai Quang at a banquet in Hanoi on Monday to welcome Israeli President Reuven Ruvi Rivlin.

Mr. Quang said he believes bilateral cooperation is entering a new stage of development to become more fruitful. He noted that Israel’s spirit and strong will have inspired Vietnamese people to drive Vietnam forward in industrialization and modernization.   

President Rivlin said Israel is eager to share experience with Vietnam and strengthen bilateral cooperation.
