Press release on the closing session of the 12th Party Central Committee’s 5th Plenum
(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan chaired the closing session of the 5th Plenum of the 12th Party Central Committee on Wednesday.

President Tran Dai Quang delivered a Politbureau report on discussion outcomes of a proposal on restructuring and renovating State-owned enterprises. Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission Nguyen Van Binh read a Politbureau report to review 15-year implementation of the Party resolution on policies to promote private economic sectors. Delegates voted through the plenum Resolution. Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong delivered his speech to close the plenum.
