Prime Minister attends Vietnam-Singapore business forum
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam encourages partners and investors to engage in digital transformation, green transition, the circular economy, innovation, and hi-tech and low-emission development, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said at a Vietnam-Singapore business forum on Friday during his official visit to Singapore.

Mr. Chinh briefed participants on the results of his talks with Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, noting that the strengthening relationship creates a favorable environment for partners and investors to benefit from the win-win cooperation.
The PM and representatives from ministries and agencies of the two countries witnessed the handover of several decisions and cooperation agreements.
They included a decision approving investment in the Vietnam-Singapore Nghe An II, an agreement between the PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) and Sembcorp Utilities of Singapore, and another between the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and Nanyang Technological University's S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies.
