During the reception in Hanoi on Wednesday, the Prime Minister called for IFC support for Vietnam’s national start-up program. He called for further investment from the IFC and other international organizations in renewable energy as well as IFC’s cooperation with local financial institutions to improve Vietnam’s governance. Mr. Phuc praised the IFC assistance and reiterated Vietnam’s investment incentives. The IFC Vice President pledged more cooperation with Vietnamese corporate and banking sectors to boost their sound development.
