At Wednesday’s reception for Canadian Premier of Ontario Kathleen Wynne, Phuc said Vietnam committed full support for Canadian investors in the country. Wynne noted that Ontario is the first state to implement a cooperative agreement with Vietnam after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s visit to Vietnam in November. She said 50 Ontario enterprises accompanying her in the visit want to seek business opportunities in infrastructure, education, clean industry, and healthcare. Wynne added that Canadian non-profit organizations are ready to help Vietnam confront climate change and protect the environment.
