Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung concludes RoK visit
(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and the Vietnamese delegation left Busan on Friday after attending a commemorative summit marking the 25th anniversary of ASEAN-RoK Dialogue Relations and visiting the Republic of Korea.

Speaking to reporters on the occasion, Deputy Foreign Minister Dang Minh Khoi said Vietnam contributed to Plans of Actions on boosting ties between ASEAN and the Republic of Korea. Vietnam agreed with major directions for the future development of ASEAN-RoK relations. Mr. Khoi highlighted the importance of the conclusion of negotiations on the Vietnam-Republic of Korea Free Trade Agreement. It is expected to boost two-way trade turnover to 70 billion USD by 2020. Khoi said the agreement will improve Vietnamese goods’ competitiveness in the Korean market and facilitate Korean investors to do business in Vietnam thus lifting the bilateral strategic cooperation.
