Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung visits Russia
(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung arrived in Moscow on Sunday, beginning a four-day official visit to Russia at the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
Mr. Dung and his entourage laid a wreath at the monument dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh, visited the Hanoi – Moscow Culture, Trade, and Hotel Center, and met with representatives of the Vietnamese community in Russia. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Dung praised the Incentra group for building the Ha Noi – Moscow Center in Moscow, an entertainment and trading venue for Vietnamese people.

The Prime Minister confirmed the Vietnamese Party and State’s consistent policy of considering overseas Vietnamese an inseparable part of the nation and giving them special attention. Mr. Dung highlighted the advantages of Vietnamese living in Russia. "I expect the Vietnamese community to continue to promote our fine tradition of unity and affection for each other, to overcome difficulties, and to integrate into the local community. We need to respect and comply with the local law and administration while preserving Vietnamese cultural values".
After the meeting, Incentra representatives signed a cooperative agreement with the Vietnam Bank for Investment and Planning (BIDV) and contracts with the Vietnamese Minton and Tue Linh groups in Russia.
