He praised the Command’s achievements, which contribute greatly to national defense and local economic development. Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said: “Efforts should be made to improve technical and logistical capacity, combat readiness, search and rescue, and the fight against natural disaster. The Military Zone 3 is located on a strategic land and sea position, so absolute security should be ensured.”

The Prime Minister asked the Military Zone 3 Command to pay more attention to mass mobilization, consolidate the people security system, take better care of policy beneficiaries, and improve the living standards of officers and soldiers.

Later on that day, Mr. Phuc launched a trade center and hotel construction project as part of Vinhomes Riva City Hai Phong project.
