Professor Tran Dang Xuan enters Research.com's top scientists
(VOVWORLD) -Research.com, a portal for global scientists, has just announced an update to the ranking of scientists with outstanding achievements in research in 2023, including Professor Tran Dang Xuan of Hiroshima University, the only Vietnamese in Japan named in this list.

The rankings of scientists are based on well-established metrics gathered from trusted sources of data such as papers and citation in a specific field, contribution rate, achievements and awards of scientists.
Professor Tran Dang Xuan is honored in the discipline of Plant Science and Agronomy.
He has published more than 200 articles in international scientific journals and found momilactone A and momilactone B in rice that have inhibitory effects on cancer and diabetes.
Among the 78 scientists of Hiroshima University ranked, Professor Xuan is the sole foreigner.
