Quang noodle is among the most popular dishes in Quang Nam Province.

The museum was established by Vinahouse Joint Stock Company on National Highway No 1 in Dien Ban District, Quang Nam province.

Le Van Vinh, General Director of Vinahouse Company, said the museum exhibits objects and ingredients used in local food and hosts cooking activities of traditional dishes like Quảng noodle and beef noodle from cassava powder.

The museum has gathered 5,000 objects and various rare materials concerning the history and development of typical dishes of the region, the most distinguished of which is the Quang noodle. Famous Quang noodles chefs have been invited to perform at the museum, and ancient cooking tools have been collected for display at the site.
