(VOVworld) - Foreign Ministers from Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine met in Berlin on Friday and welcomed progress in Ukraine’s ceasefire over the past 10 weeks.

They agreed that the agreement should continue to be enforced next year to prevent escalating violence in eastern Ukraine.
They discussed necessary laws to be passed relating to elections in Donbass and political reform in Ukraine.
