(VOVworld) - National Assembly deputies on Tuesday gave opinions to the revised law on the NA organization with a focus on clarifying the legal status of NA delegations.
Deputies highlighted the need to raise the role and position of the delegations so that they can more actively implement their missions in law building, monitoring, and handle complaints and denunciations, and voters’ petitions in provinces.
Several deputies called for increasing the jurisdiction for the heads of NA delegations. Another highlight of the revised law is to allow citizens to participate in public NA sessions.
