(VOVworld) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Friday on a local TV channel that Russia has no intention to incorporate the southeastern regions of Ukraine. He affirmed that there is no presence of Russian army and intelligence forces in ongoing anti-government protests in Kiev. Russia confirmed the stabilization of Ukraine is the responsibility of Ukrainian leasers and people. He added Russia opposes any proposals to bring UN and international peace-keeping forces in to Ukraine, noting that it's necessary for Ukraine to have dialogues with its regions to address the current tense situation.
