The culinary culture festival held in Ho Chi Minh City fully honored the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine imbued with specialties in three of the nation’s regions, including the North, Central, and South.

Its primary purpose was to serve local and international visitors who could enjoy Vietnamese cuisine and experience local culture, as well as stimulating consumption demand and boosting the tourism sector in the nation’s largest city in the post-COVID period.

Many interesting activities, including art performances, cultural exchanges, folk games, and re-enactments of traditional village activities were also held during the festival.

First established in 1975, Saigontourist Group currently manages 100 units of hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel agencies, amusement parks, hospitality and tourism academies, conferences and exhibition venues, golf courses, and a cable television channel.

The World Culinary Awards is the sister event of the World Travel Awards that serves to celebrate and reward excellence in the culinary industry through an annual awards programme.
