Kostas Glinos, Head of Unit for Strategy on International Cooperation, DG Innovation & Research of the European Commission, made the statement at a press conference in Hanoi on Friday.
He said this year’s event, which lasted until Thursday, touched upon pressing global issues such as environmental protection, health care, disease prevention, food safety, water resources management, and new energy sources.
Kostas said the EU prioritizes its cooperation with Vietnam in healthcare, aquaculture, irrigation management, science, and technology.
