(VOVworld) – A second round of talks in Berlin on the Ukraine crisis has brought no immediate result and the foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and France have not decided whether to continue their talks.

But German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Sunday that “some progress” had been made on important issues. The parties discussed a “road map” to a long-term cease-fire, strengthened border control between Russia and Ukraine, and humanitarian support for people in the combat area.
