(VOVworld)- The Ministry of Finance has requested Departments of Finance in cities and provinces to strengthen price management and stabilization. The Departments of Finance need to closely follow market developments, especially the prices of foodstuffs, medicines, milk, gas and transport fees and promptly inform municipal and provincial People’s Committees for necessary adjustments. The Departments of Finance need to encourage local enterprises to consume energy efficiently and increase productivity in order to be less impacted by petrol price rise. In addition, it’s necessary to closely supervise price registration and adjustments.
