(VOVworld) – A Swiss citizen living in Costa Rica has donated cash and kind to support the Vietnamese Agent Orange/dioxin victims. Maggie Brooks held a meeting with Vietnamese lawyers and the International Association of Democratic Lawyers (IADL) in 2011.
Since last November, she has raised 10,000 USD to build houses for AO victims in Vietnam. A ceremony was held on Tuesday in Hanoi by the Vietnam Association for the Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA) to receive Brooks’ donation.
